Procedure verzenden in Nederland
Camera.nl maakt het de zakelijke klant gemakkelijk. De overheid, het onderwijs, particulieren met een BTW nummer, grote multinationals of het MKB, ze kopen allemaal bij Camera.nl. U kunt bij onze Afdeling Zakelijk terecht bij een minimale afname van 2 producten. Daarnaast kunt u bij ons terecht voor relatiegeschenken, leuke attenties, of een leuke toevoeging voor in kerstpakketten. Let op: wij leveren uitsluitend aan handelaren of wederverkopers na overleg en onze goedkeuring.
Procedure verzenden naar overige EU landen (intracommunautaire leveringen)
Doet u zakelijke aankopen en betaalt uw bedrijf BTW buiten de Nederlandse grenzen? Dan komt u in aanmerking voor een zogenaamde intracommunautaire levering. Dit betekent dat u geen 19% BTW hoeft te betalen. Om van deze mogelijkheid gebruik te maken adviseren we u de onderstaande voorwaarden nauwkeurig te lezen en de genoemde procedure stap voor stap te volgen. Voorwaarden
Bestellingen worden alleen geaccepteerd mits aan de volgende condities wordt voldaan:
A. Enkel zakelijke aankopen
De afnemer plaatst een bestelling in naam van een onderneming die beschikt over
een geldig BTW nummer.
B. Enkel verzendingen
Ophalen in de winkel is niet mogelijk omdat we de uitvoer van producten moeten
kunnen bewijzen. Tevens verzenden we enkel via TNT, tv’s en grote
home cinemasets - die per koerier worden verzonden - kunnen zodoende niet
naar het buitenland worden vervoerd.
C. Enkel vooruitbetalingen
U kunt het totaalbedrag inclusief vergoeding voor de administratiekosten overmaken
op rekeningnummer 46.67.87.863 (ABN AMRO) t.n.v. Fotoklein XL B.V. te
Barendrecht.
Procedure verzendingen België, Duitsland of Luxemburg
1. Bestellen via zakelijk@camera.nl onder vermelding van:
- Volledige productnamen (merk + type) en bijbehorende prijzen;
- N.A.W.T. gegevens (bedrijfsnaam, adres, woonplaats, telefoonnummer);
- BTW nummer;
Bijsluiten:
- een kopie van uw identiteitsbewijs (paspoort of identiteitskaart).
2. U ontvangt vervolgens binnen 1 werkdag een factuur zonder BTW, voorzien van
zowel uw BTW nummer als ons BTW nummer.
Voor deze service vragen wij € 20,00 administratiekosten. De verzendkosten
bedragen € 13,95 en de levertijd 1-3 werkdagen na ontvangst van uw betaling
(mits op voorraad).
3. Voor betaling van de factuur verzoeken wij u het totaalbedrag over te maken op:

4. Wanneer uw betaling in goede orde is ontvangen berichten we u zodra uw bestelling

Camera.nl is also available for business to business transactions. Whether you’re the owner of a small business or a big multinational, Camera.nl can supply. Businesses can purchase with us with a minimum amount of two products. We can also supply gifts for employees and products for in a Christmas box, ask our business department for advice on gifts!

Procedure packages to other countries within the EU
Do you want to engage in a business to business transaction and do you have a company that pays VAT outside the Netherlands? Then you can purchase with us through a so called “intra-Community supply”. That means that you don’t have to pay the dutch tax of 19%. Conditions
Business to business transactions are only accepted if they meet the following conditions:
A. Only business transactions
The customer will place an order in the name of an enterprise that has a valid VAT number
B. Shipping
Pick-ups are not possible because we, as a company need to prove that the product has been shipped out of our country. All of our orders are shipped through PostNL. Televisions and large home theater systems must be shipped through a courier service and therefore can not be shipped out of the Netherlands.
C. Payment
We can only accept payment in advance if the goods will be shipped outside of the Netherlands. The total amount due is to be transferred to account number 46.67.87.863 (ABN AMRO) to the name of Foto Klein XL B.V. in Barendrecht.
Procedure packages to Belgium, Germany or Luxemburg
1. Please send your order to zakelijk@camera.nl with the following information included:
- Full product name (brand + typenumber) and the corresponding prices
- Company name, full adres and telephone number
- VAT number
- A copy of your passport or ID card
2. Within one day you will receive an invoice without VAT and provided with your company’s VAT number and our VAT number. For this service we charge the sum of €20,- administration fee.
3. If the products are in stock you will receive them within 3 days after your payment is received. We charge a €13,95 shipping fee.
4. For payment of the invoice please transfer the total amount to:

5. When we receive your payment we will notify you when your package has been sent. If you are ordering from Belgium you will also receive a Track&Trace code.
